  • Nope! If you have passion to help the moms in your community have a better birth, postpartum and/or all around health and wellbeing… You have enough! We teach you everything that you will need to know in order to teach these classes.

  • Not all are “Fitness Professionals”. Not all are “Birth Pros". Not all of our instructors are into fitness. But, they are all committed to helping the moms. The PASSION to help and to learn is what we are after at 4TFM.

  • You can choose to do the training in the self-paced online format OR take a virtual training OR in person! You are also welcome back to any of the trainings as a certified instructor member!

  • This depends on what route you take to get certified.

IN PERSON: 1 day for Birth Ball Basics (BBB) and 2 days for Postpartum Recovery (PPR). Pelvic Floor Core and More (PFCM) is always taken in the online format (PPR is a pre-requesite for PFCM)

VIRTUAL: Currently offered for BBB over 3 x 3-hour zooms, one week apart. Video submissions are due each week before the next session to help move you through the training and used for feedback to help you learn the material well.

ONLINE: always available and is self-paced with access to instructor FB group and open office hours for questions. Short Video submissions will be expected during the training for feedback.

  • Our instructors receive continuous support and encouragement for as long as the membership is active. (Actually afterwards, too!)

We have monthly check ins and 1-2 x a month we have office hours where we meet to discuss whatever needs discussed and sometimes the instructors just hop on to say “Hello”!

You will also have fairly wide access to Emily and the Master Trainer Team.

  • Yes! We call those Be-Backs… as in “Hey, I’ll Be Back again!” and we love for you to come!

So, for example, if you are certified in Postpartum Recovery (PPR) and want to attend another training for PPR, you are more than welcome to attend as long as your membership is active! There may be a minimal fee for attending.
